Kundalini Yoga literally has hundreds of Kriyas and Meditations to help us deal with things such as frozen anger. Many times we have frozen or hidden anger due to childhood traumas and dramas. We may have not had the opportunity to feel or release our anger when we were growing up and when we have events and situations that trigger those emotions we never got to work through, we can get stuck in frozen anger. In this series we will get the opportunity to work through and learn how to release some of those old emotions.
